Client work, an open-source app, and a game in progress.

AI platform for a 100+ person design firm

My biggest project. Staff sign in with their Microsoft 365 account and get one place for AI: a chat assistant that can read their mail, calendar and meeting transcripts, plus assistants for HR, legal and marketing.

Most of the value is in the operations tools:

  • IT ticketing with email intake, replacing Zendesk
  • Staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Travel access with per-person sign-in rules
  • Facilities requests, spend reconciliation and budget planning

Built with Claude Code. Client name withheld.

The harness

Every tool runs on the same base, so each new tool gets these automatically.

One agent loop
One shared tool loop behind every chat and tool.
Model routing
Haiku, Sonnet or Opus, picked by the task and the person's permissions.
Prompt caching
One-hour cache, with savings measured on real traffic.
Metering and caps
Every turn is metered. Daily, weekly and monthly caps per person, and a company-wide ceiling.
Preview, then confirm
Emails, file writes and account changes wait for a person to approve them.
